For those of you who are interested in Motorkhanas there is a free "Come N Try" day coming up on the 16th of Feb. There is also a speed series event running in parallel with a $25 entry fee.
There are several MX5's that compete in the Motorkhana series and they are all dríven very well! It's well worth dropping out to a round during the year if you can't get to the Come N Try day and having a look. A lot of people compete in road cars and have a blast. Also you can compete from 12 years on so it's a great way for juniors to learn to drive.

Note: the day is split into two sessions, morning and afternoon which you'll have to nominate when you register.
I'm not affiliated with the event, but I compete in the state series in a Motorkhana special.
