This could be the waste of a good run if it's just Ferntree Gully - Skyhigh, especially for people coming over from the Western suburbs for just a 15 -20 min drive up the hill. Why not make a bit of a run out of it,Skyhigh's open late so no need to go straight there.
I'm quite happy to lead if no one else wants the job 8)
(Anyone actually want to drive these cars or just sit around drinking coffee)

Leon, do you want to post up an alternative meeting place and time for those from the east?

Oh I was only suggesting it because I thought those from the west might take the Eastern Fwy.

Meet at FG station it is then :D

Hey Arty, long time no see. Yes an extended run would be good. How about Ferntree Gully to Sky High, grab some food and then continue on?

Ditto.
I'm over an hour away from FG station so let's make the most of it.

Be good to see you there George. :)

Hi Rod, yep long time no see mate, look with regard to Sky High first stop, I'd prefer to get some laps in before dark. :D
So here's a cunning plan, I propose that we meet as stated, (7:15pm Upper Ferntree Gully Railway Station) then scoot up to the turn-off for Sky High and who wants to eat can peel off there and anyone left can play follow the leader into the sunset and we should still be back up the hill by 9 - 9.30 to catch up, all in favour say "AYE"

Unfortunately I'll be replacing someone's callipers on Thursday night, however if we finish early, I'll suggest we all come along. We'll be along late though, if so.

Hey rodders! I know, I know, I got slack.

Also... I need to get your number again (guess what? I changed phones again!) so I'll grab it at some point. I keep thinking all the time "I must message Rodders and see if he wants a coffee".
