Well I decided to do this yesterday. I ended up rounding one of the screw heads (why are they phillips?!)
So I ended up taking the throttle body butterfly valve assembly off. That made life much easier!
So out came the trusty Dremel to "unround" that screw head.
Cleaned the butterfly valve while I was at it and I believe it made a difference.
