Beach Picnic at Wattamolla - Sunday 22nd December

Meet: Loftus Oval, on the left just before the entrance to the Royal National Park
Time: 0730am for 0800am Departure
Direction: South through the Royal National Park
Grade: Easy - casual drive and picnic (and it's a double demerit weekend!)

NB: This is not an official club run.

To cap off the year, we have decided to celebrate with a picnic and swim at Wattamolla Beach in the Royal National Park on Sunday 22nd of December.

From our initial meetup point at Loftus Oval we will head through the Park. We will need to purchase a vehicle entry fee/day pass from Audley for $11 (unless you already have a Parks Pass) to display when we park.

It gets quite busy on the weekend, but there are three overflow carparks at Wattamolla, and if we leave early enough we should beat a lot of the crowds.

If we all bring something to contribute to a picnic (and our bikinis!), it should be a great day and end to the year - there are barbecues in the Wattamolla reserve, and plenty of opportunities to swim.
