Not the best looking bracket.
Make sure you take it out of the box and check it.
Last time I was buying a fire extinguisher every one on the shelf at Bunnings was on recharge/refill.

And give then a slow tip over 180 degrees to make sure the powder hasn't compacted so if you do need to use it all you get is high pressure air to make the flames bigger.
In fact any one with an extinguisher, check them every three months or so by slowly rotating them to get the powder moving so it isn't compacted.
