Can't see how that is possible. A flat evenly worn tire should be physically identical to the one that came off.

If I said that there is no such thing as a perfectly flat evenly worn tyre, and an aggressive wheel alignment with front toe out is a LOT different to one with no toe or toe in in terms of being affected by this, would you agree that it can be an issue regardless?

dont drive a commo, cannot comment. i only switch wheels and tyres on cars that have poly bushes and aggressive alignments. as these track related cars need more tyre switches.

evenly worn tyres switched with evenly worn tyres wont change alignment.
unevenly worn tyres switched with equally unevenly worn tyres wont change alignment.
evenly worn tyres switched with unevenly worn tyres will change alignment.

Thats not true and I wont debate it further. Poly bushes, and an aggressive alignment will change the steering wheel position and whether the car pulls or not very slightly almost no matter what if the wheels or tyres are changed.

i dont believe the debate was about poly bushes and aggressive alignement changing the steering wheel position.

i'm sure it was about wheels and tyres being swapped changes/doesn't change alignment.
