Are the rules sorted yet? Going to the website today and looking at the rules, there was the sporting conditions, but nothing on the technical aspects of what mods are allowed.

Is this part of the MSC series? If there are any others for Queensland heading down and my car qualifies I will probably attend. However, my preference is for the 1 hours.

Re: MODERN SPORTS CARS 2014.
Hi all.
As Lou has posted MSC returns for 2014 with a sprint round to begin the year. This is a stand alone event and has come about at the request of a number of competitors who wanted to get out on track and have some fun before our endurance rounds later in the year.
Our 2 x one-hour weekend format remains for the remaining rounds and this requires pitstops and driver changes to add to the fun!!
The remaining calendar will be released very shortly along with some exciting sponsor news!!
We have also introduced a new Hot Hatch class and details of this and the other changes will be online in the next few days.
As always many thanks to Matthew and Adam Ronke and their teams at Wakefield Park and Winton. Without their ongoing support this type of grassroots motorsport would be lost to Australia.
To stay up to date don't forget to subscribe to modern sports cars at our website http://www.modernsportscars.com.au and follow the links to like us on Facebook.
We are working our way through your emails and will answer them for you ASAP.
Thanks.
Chris.

Regs. are out, check the web site, interesting that there is no engine block substitution, that could ruffle a few feathers...

If this ia a covert dig at the 2.5 NC's we have built , just say so Lou . Maybe I'm parnoid but I don't know if anyone else raced a car with substituted engine block in the last MSC race aside from Micheal and myself in the hydrawash car. What you forget is the quickest car in our fleet is the 57 car which doesn,t run a 2.5 litre. MSC own and run their series as they see fit , if they don,t want us to run and where not welcome so be it , we just don,t enter , that simple.

Probably not really a covert dig...
I'm sure the owners of the category will be happy to have any vehicle that is eligible to run doesn't matter who is driving it...

our car was elible when we ran it last time as they where runing under 2b sports car regs. under these regs our cars are 100 percent legal , we built our cars undre CAMS regulations as they where the only published regs available , I checked MSC web site 30 minutes ago still couldn't find published tech regs.
