Windscreen wiper nozzles/jets
I needed some windscreen wiper jets for my NA6. The guy at Repco tells me they're a generic part and sells me some.
1) The bonnet has an odd keyhole shape in it where the nozzle goes, suggesting the nozzle should be a certain shape. The repco one was just circular
2) Trying to put it on the car now, the stalk of the nozzle is too short to fit through the bonnet to attach to the wiper hose in the engine bay.
What's the deal? Does the odd shaped hole suggest that it's a special mazda part? What's the situation with stalk length? It seems that it has to be the right size in order to fit on and sit flush

Re: Windscreen wiper nozzles/jets
identical issue to what i'm having at the moment.
ultimately the repco ones will not fit.
I want to get the Mazda BT-50 washer nozzles, as they fit mx5's but are a spray pattern instead of 2 jets.
Interested in a group buy? haha

emily are you stalking me? every single thread!
I'll call around Mazda dealers tomorrow and if I have no luck I suppose I'll buy those ones from America. I'll treat you a pair too while I'm at it
Perhaps others need them too

The Australian 2001-2006 Tribute nozzles are different from the US ones in that link, so don't make the mistake of getting the nozzles from an Aus Mazda dealer. They also spray with 2 jets IIRC. You need to get the US ones.
For such a small item, the min shipping cost from Arlington Mazda is quite exorbitant, you will be looking at about $55US for 2 nozzles delivered if their calculator is accurate...
What I did to get around the inflated shipping cost (because I missed the group buy), was put an EOI on Miata.net and asked if someone was willing to receive my order and forward it to me using USPS First Class International. Shipping worked out to be $4 that way in a padded envelope
