Brembo Brakes

Postby Gladiator » Wed Oct 16, 2013 8:31 pm

I just bought some new front rotors for my NA6 from "online brake parts" (eBay). They cost me $57 delivered. The listing didn't mention a brand so I crossed my fingers, and was pleasantly surprised when these were on my front porch this arvo.

Wow...

Have you fitted them and if so, how are they?

I need to get some rotors soon :)

Ok, I don't know. I'll investigate when I get a chance. Note these were stock NA front rotors not drilled or slotted at all. But I'll try & check it out in the next few days. But after a full day on the track and about 350 street klms, there's no shudder or fade noticable.

Not too cheap in my opinion.
Brembo is a cheap alternative to OEM in the Renault circle.
I am running Brembo pads at the rear of my 172 as they are cheaper than nearly anything out there.

Brembo rotors costs about $49 each for the Clio and the rotors are larger than NB8B brakes.

Agreed. Brembo are just the same quality/price as RDA when it comes to oem stuff.
