Completely agree with balaclava. I still have mine from when I used to track in Malaysia...and man, you would sweat there! I used my helmet every 6 weeks at least, for track and karting over a 3 year period then stored the helmet for ~7 years.
I only got rid of the helmet because the glue on the lining gave way and some scrutineer was convinced my helmet was a fake...
