finally get time to upload a few pics and saya few less then wise words. yay! ^^
so i just perchased a flying miata and o2 wideband with guages. all from Simon. and him being VERY kind, he helped me install all this. the guage isnt done so i wont comment on it in this post
here are a few comparison pics ^^
they look so much better. not that any one will see them xP
i would say, and anyone who has done this would probly agree, downpipe 3 bolts are a bitch.
(this is a pic of the new one but u gte the idea)
one of the bolts we could go through the passenger front wheel well thingo, but the others we had to go from the underneath...
a few attachments later...
and we finally got the other 2 off. there was a OEM hanger in the way which was oh so painfull.... anyway.
didnt get as many pics as i would have liked sorry.
so my thourghts... was not expecting much to be honest... i just wanted to be able to hear my car and a place to attach a wideband! but it spools so much quicker and sounds better then i thourght so i am very very happy with it!!! i would recomend this exhaust upgrade for any SE any day. air intake+exhaust are very much needed to unleash what the SE has to offer.

Ok, I know this is the secondtime I'll have posted here about safety, but it's purely out of the fact that I'm sure your family probably don't want to have to get that phone call.
Dude, it's one thing to use a block of wood to jack the car up, but you should NEVER use it to hold a car up, especially when there's a perfectly good jack stand there!
Even worse when you're under the car struggling with a stuck bolt.
All it takes is the car to rock enough to have that wood move (not very hard) and the whole thing comes down.

the wood is just speading the weight of the car, and yea i thourght the same but after i trying to push it over as hard as i could...
the wood has slots for the frame to sit in. and we had ramps under the wheels for it to fall on, and jacks under diffs. i appreciate what ur saying thanks

so finally got my seats in today Sparco Jr. they were in good nick i would say. as they didnt fit we had to go full #Bluewafflegarage and weld the stock rails to the seat
dont have any pics of installed as it was night but i thourght this might amuse some ppl .

went for a drive up the windy roads of the sunny coast last night. seats made such a difference... instead of concerntrating of bracing my self and holding me to the seat i could just concerntrate on driving ect. was pretty awsome. i have some pics ill upload later

Are they Sprint Juniors and was it just the passenger seat you had trouble fitting?
I don't mean to scare you but I'd try to get the right grade fasteners if possible, it's not something you want to go wrong! One of the guys in the Excel Cup series up here had an off and his seat snapped off due to it not being mounted properly. It was only his harness that kept him from being severely injured.

oh and yes passenger was annoying and we hat to weld but the drivers was just a case of drilling 2 new holes in the rails

He means high tensile grade 10.9 or 12.9, not zinc coated whatever from bunnings. They will cost more, about 40c a bolt.
