Re: MALIBU GOLD REGISTER
The park lights are the "Stealth TSI's" from omgpham. It's like the car has lost it's eyes, and there are only empty skull sockets left. A very different vibe from stock.

Thanks for the kind comments. Here is another pic showing the TSI's better. The park lights are hard to see, but are outside the turns.

Re: MALIBU GOLD REGISTER
Couple of new pics. I've been attempting to get better photos of my car, reading on the internet about taking photos of yellow cars.
Experts suggest you use your flash on every shot. Shoot at dawn or dusk, with your car rotated so that the sun is illuminating all of your car facing your camera, or entirely in bright shade.
So last weekend I used the flash and took the shot in the post above as the sun was going and it was half in shadow. The ones below about 20 mins before the sun went down:

I created a thread in the Mx-5 parts wanted section looking for red interior components. aka_juffa replied:

There was a small number of Malibu Gold's that were dealer fitted with a red interior. Someone told me that there were 7 Malibu's with a Red interior. The Red interior was fitted to try and sell the last of the 55 Malibu that Mazda Aust originally imported.
I actually saw one that was up for a private sale. The one I saw had a full red interior.
J.
If anyone has pics of a Malibu with red interior I would love to see them. If anyone has one for sale please PM me. Thanks.

Re: MALIBU GOLD REGISTER
Here's the red interior Malibu from the previous post. Jules found it for sale on CarSales in 2007
Has anybody seen a Malibu lately with the original decals as shown on Dweezles old car?
I'd still like to reproduce some
Some new pictures of my car. Now with Volk TE37SL 15x8 +25's, Alterna boot, GV Nostalgic tails and GarageStar Eunos door stripes

Yes, I'd like to reproduce the original logos. If you've got a high res copy I'll see if I can tidy it up enough to use. Thanks.
