I couldn't find any images of the engine in the build but found a couple from shortly after getting the engine in.
And then again from a little later after getting things cleaned up a little more.
And after getting a couple of track days on the engine to get things run in I took it down to the guys at GT Autogarage for a tune. I was pretty happy with the result, I was hoping for around the 300HP mark as from what others have found this seems to be OK on the driveline if not abused too much. It ended up pulling 235kw/315hp at the rear wheels at 18psi and with a conservative tune for track work. The most surprising thing was a relatively flat torque curve and as a result a nice linear power curve. It is amazing how responsive the setup ended up being with a heap of torque giving great drive out of the corners, so long as I am a little easy on the throttle through the first few gears

I hope my build gives a relatively flat torque curve as well, however it will not have your HP. Was the flat torque curve planned during the build?

The tune was done in January of this year so we are nearly up to date. A couple of things I have done to the car since early this year include a bigger radiator since the stock auto radiator which had coped OK for the last few years began to struggle. I chose to go for an ASI 42mm as this should be ample upgrade over the ~25mm one which was coming out, without causing as much restriction as the 52mm ones would.
And I decided to change the suspension from the Ohlins basic coilovers I had and moved to an affordable upgrade in the BC Racing ER coilovers to give me a little more adjustment with separate bump and rebound.
A couple of track days playing with the shocks and I was fairly pleased with how they performed and how useful the separate bump and rebound adjustments are for settling the car in different stages of the corner.

Tim I have the same BC shocks and you will find that the rebound/bump adjustment is not very progressive. Further I found that the rebound adjustment gives more effect than bump. Notwithstanding I'm really happy with them and they are fantastic to manage weight transfer when braking and acceleration.

The BC's are great fir what they are, but now MCA have their mid spec series it is well worth spending the extra $1200 on them due to the service and initial set up from the factory, plus the fact they are seq based.

If I had the money and they were out at the time I would have considered the MCAs as I am sure they would be top notch just like the rest of their gear however I have been pretty happy with the performance of the BCs, and to have independent bump and rebound adjustment in that price bracket is pretty damn good.
So as far as the car goes I think that is pretty much it, I have just pretty well spent this year enjoying it at club track days and time attack meetings. I am still running around on the tyres I got for it 2 1/2 years ago which are looking a little worse for wear, though they still seem to be going along OK. A couple of trackdays ago however I did decide to start dabbling in the aero, I knocked up a front splitter and airdam and some mounts for my hundred dollar ebay special wing. The addition of the aero had very little effect on the top speed (only 100rpm lower peak revs at Lakeside) however I did manage to take around half a second off my previous quickest time at lakeside with a 58.31. Here is a couple images showing the current setup.
And I had been giving the inside tyre a bit of a hiding when unweighting it along with the torsen diff, so I decided to give some other kind of diff a try before lashing out on a Kaaz or similar...
It does not make the car want to turn in at all however it does guarantee fairly good drive out of the corners, even when off camber and uphill as many are at Lakeside. I took it out for a run at TimeAttack on the weekend just gone and after a little (read alot) of getting used to I did manage a small improvement on my PB with a 58.09s lap Also nice to be mixing it with the AWDs in the fastest Time Attack laps of the year at Lakeside http://timeattack.com.au/

If you want to sort your aero out you will need to do some coast down tests with your wing at different angles as well as with no aero. How is the splitter mounted, can you stand on it?
Also I like your aero catches, did you leave in the stock bonnet catch?
