lower seating

Can the stock NA6 seats be made to sit lower?
Do NB seats sit any lower when bolted in to an NA?

No, but you can do a "foamectomy" and remove the big chunk of foam that sits in the bottom of the seat pan which will allow you to sink lower in the seat. Google it.

You beat me to the foamectomy.

NB8B seats are much more comfortable and they bolt straight in but they sit an inch or so higher.

Speaking as somebody who is just over 6'2" and installed NB8B (2001 on) seats into my NA... they sit higher, so if you hit the roof already, you'll hit it even more. That said, they gave my lower back more support. However, I ended up selling them.. I stopped daily driving my NA (change in work situation) so comfort wasn't so important.. I wanted the lower seat height of the NA seats plus I prefer the look of them in an NA
