Patchy needs a NSW working bee to get her back to a respectable condition so STM looks after her.
His kids are gonna love learning to drive in Patchy.

If you had access to a car like this, would you take it back right away? Neither would I.

Easy to fit. Pull the cluster out, remove the front plastic, and fit the overlay.
(I'm actually pretty happy with this photo! It looks like I know what I am doing...which I don't)
Not too bad. It is real CF, and the fit is tight on the SE instruments, namely the fuel and temp gauges.
The big gauges were no problem.
To me, it ties off my interior as it follows the same CF theme I have through the dash.
And the weave is in the same direction too. That was flukey!!![]()
It is quite glossy and I may sand it down for a matt look later....
But for <$20, it will do!
wow nice place for the scangauge there mate

Thankyou. You've got sharp eyes!
And you are selling your scangauge too!
I really dig mine, mainly for the features and size.
The dashdyno is mad but there was no-where that I could permanently and unobtrusively mount it.

Is that as a piggy back or standalone?
How smooth is the power delivery? This is one of my to-do things with my SE

Bonnet pins are in, stock hood latch removed.
Next few projects are all about towing, with a towbar for my new tow rig, and making ramps for the trailer.

You'll find that if you get the adaptronic now for the SE it is a full standalone. If I am to be honest, while it has improved everything on my car for driving and power, the idle and load triggering on my car is far from perfect.

Replaced my 23 Y/O sealed beam headlights with semi-sealed lenses & H4 bulbs, only $56 all up from Bursons. Wow what a difference!!

Re: What have you done today/recently to your 5?
After considerable research I have finally found some suitable Stop/Tail LED inserts for my NC, having aready replaced the front parkers, number plate, boot, the interior and used LED's in my footwell mod, these were the logical step. Next up is to install some H1 replacements into the fog lamp assemblies and build a circuit for use as DRL's.
Greg.
These inserts were not inexpensive, check the 'aerpro' website for distributors.

Would be great to see some photos with the LEDs on one side and regular globes on the other to see if there's any difference.

Fitted Maximworks exhaust manifold to the NA8 today, now for the high flow cat to have a new flange welded on it on Wednesday and all of the stock exhaust will be gone. Car already sounds great though if I do say so myself!
