With my jenveys, I have a vacuum block with the following,

1 line to the map sensor for the ecu with a T to the vac gauge,

1 line to the brake booster using the original hose because of the 1 way valve in it

4 lines to the throttle bodies, 1 per body of EQUAL LENGTH.

The reading from the big forums and other places suggest that 4 lines of EQUAL LENGTH ensures a nice stable vaccume for the map sensor and ecu to read. It also helps the brake booster keep enough vaccume on tap when you are doing the stop start thing in traffic. This is the setup I have been using for near 12 months now on my daily and I've had no issues at all.

Based on the photos and workmanship I've seen here, knocking up a vac block and making all the lines look pretty and neat should be child's play for you :-D

When is the first start?

Hey Mark, I'm hoping I'll get it started next week. Only the fuel hoses and vacuum lines to sort out now. Fuel stuff is all planned out but still not sure how to do my vacuum lines. Might just do something rough for now to get the car started and properly sort it out later.

As long as the flux capacitor is working you should be right.

More progress today!

Picked up all my Aeroflow fuel fittings from Race Car Engineering. Fittings are all push lock style, black and -6AN size. Thanks to the guys at Auto Xperts for advice and supplying the hose, looks OEM and I prefer it over the black braided stuff I bought earlier.



For extra security hose clamps were also used.



Hoses completed and installed!

Got her running thanks to a few mate's giving me a hand.

It's yet to be tuned, just got it started and idling at a reasonable AFR. Have to look into stiffer engine mounts too.

Install work looks mint, great to hear you got it working as well. Putting my engine bay to shame!

Might have to come look at your views adjuster install as it looks like I have to pull my booster out for a reco.
