Brake Specs..help please :)

Postby alexpav » Mon Jul 29, 2013 5:20 pm

Hello all!

I am running either SE or NB8B brakes on my na8.

I am looking at buying new rotors and pads before I get this thing running again.

There have been about 100 posts on this and most lead to confusion.

The obvious is to go and measure them but they arent near me and wont be for a while.

I know the fronts are 270mm/22mm thick. But, the rears are listed by DBA for NB8B and SE as 276mm??? I dont remember these being bigger than the fronts...

Anyone help or confirm this? someone with an NB8B?

Thanks :)

to confirm all australian nb8b's got what they call the sport package in the states which has the same 10.84 inch rear rotor. the front is 10.6.

which is about 270 and 276 front and rear.

when ordering rotors or pads be sure to specify that you need the items for sport brakes.

as i recieved the wrong ebc pads last time because they were for the NON sport.
