I have recently installed a 4 point cage and have rather shockingly cut the carpet around the rear bars that go through the parcel shelf. I'm after something that will just tidy the area up, cover the holes and not looking out of place.

Clark Rubber sell some handy profiles that would tidy the holes up - depending on the clearance and diameter. Or you could get something like speaker vents (Jaycar) or Bunnings (or probably Whitworths) would sell flanges that you could cut and slide down to cover (paint em black) - just an idea..
