SE Bottom Turbo Support Bracket.

Postby Jaxom_2 » Wed May 29, 2013 1:20 am

If anyone has one of the SE Turbo support brackets that bolts to the bottom of the turbo to the engine mount just laying around, could you get the dimensions of it and PM them to me please as I haven't been able to locate one and it's just too hard to measure up for an arthritic old fart without a pit.

Mmmmm it's not necessary any more, destroyed the motor yesterday, bugga
some holes in both sides of the block, and the sump.
On the bright side - I can fabricate a bracket with the motor on a bench.
All I need now is a motor. bugga

Sorry I didn't see this earlier, and sorry to hear about your engine. Just in case anyone else searches in the future, and it may be of some benefit to you, here we go:

Thank you for that, I can still use the information while I start building another motor.

Tim if you can measure the rest I can create a PDF that could be used as a template.
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.
If you had access to a car like this, would you take it back right away? Neither would I.

Thank you for the drawings, they will come in handy later, my priorities have change a bit
I need to build a motor to put it on first.
