Iv been looking around and autobahn seem to have the best LEDs, top and side of globe so apparently the spread is very wide (actually Jaycar has much better ones but they are about 5mm too tall) but I haven't noticed anyone with red globes like those.
(many years ago I use to paint them with brake light red paint as the covers were just terrible, but the red paint eventually faded too....

They look great, so much nicer than uneven LED bulbs or the red plastic condoms.
If you had access to a car like this, would you take it back right away? Neither would I.

Yeah I learned my lesson mucking around for so long trying so many different combinations in my NA. Spent a fortune on different LED's and never quite got the look I was after :?

It was when a couple of the LED's in the instrument panel blew one night while we were on holiday, I had to quickly fix them so I just grabbed some Narva clear bulbs from the local auto shop and instantly loved the look and the brightness! Found what worked by accident ...

BTW ... I offered $2.80 on those on ebay

Made one of these: http://www.miata.net/garage/Engine_Diagnostics.html Hoping to get an answer to my idle probs, which have returned with a difference. However I at first got an error code 3 (G Signal) but then remembered I had unplugged my CAS the other day, so I cleared the error codes & re checked with no errors showing up. That's a good thing I suppose, but I've still got idle issues.

Thanks Dave. I was worried how it would look, but am pleased. Felt good on test drives. Coming together nicely :D

Those chrome lights I found by chance at a local wreckers. I had them on Mexie. As soon as I saw them I grabbed them! Never seen any others like these. Different to the usual chrome ones. Tried searching for some matching rears, but never been able to find them. Even the wreckers don't know how they came by them :?

Parents got me car mats for my birthday from mania, stuck them in, looks great! About to stick an mx5cartalk sticker on it. Thinking the bottom of the triangle window, but not sure.

That's exactly what I did. Seems to be the best spot for it. Sticker luckily ties in with my planed Silver + black with red trim theme.

Side note: I managed to advance my NB's timing to 14degBTDC with an adjustable timing wheel. Will take it to the dodgy day in Malvern or Melton or whatever to make sure my belts are back on properly and all that jazz, but it feels really nice!

Thanks Okibi, and everyone who gave me advice.
