Haha! It would have been interesting seeing the tester's face when she was going for her licence!

Congrats to Angela.
If you had access to a car like this, would you take it back right away? Neither would I.

Re: NitroDann's Long Awaited Garage Thread
So I actually locked myself into the shed and slept there last night and got a LOT of work done.
Im going to start dumping pics, feel free to interject
Chasing TPs issues for Boost control by throttle position on the MS, found a dodgy solder joint and now it work fine when its turned off but when its running its getting some serious interfearance, anyone got tips to isolate the system?
Fitted an AEM wideband to this auxiliary connector on the MS2.
Wideband in a convienient spot for tuning, it wouldnt last long here in a 400 at the crank car like this so it will be used strictly for tuning.
Fitting the gauge to the very left hand vent for road tuning, its pretty hard to watch a gauge in a car that spins 4th gear to the limiter so this is for me. thats the final vent gone, water temp, oil pressure, boost and air fuel.

I got this done which frees up a LOT of clutter, all these things are very awkward to store in traditional ways. Looks cool too I reckon.

Re: NitroDann's Long Awaited Garage Thread
While I have this weapon here Im building an SE 3" exhaust and building jigs for everything so I can have it on the shelf (actually the wall above) waiting to go, heres some shots.
Plain 3" outlet, people can get a locla shop (or me) to put a tip on but I think no tip looks far FAR more purposeful, like a piece of machinery not a cheap chrome plated bathroom fitting.
Nicely centred.
This left hand hanger is not final.
How it sits under the car, Im happy and this will be the final layout, note the very large muffler, excellent finish also.
Pretty serious hangers. This will hold it very still and will NOT break and will suit the serious track guys.
Tonnes of clearance.

And Lokiels car, a little progress.
Compare it to a stock SE with AEM intake.

If it wasn't for our Vic laws based in the 1900s I'd have a decent NB with more power than a Yaris.

Re: NitroDann's Long Awaited Garage Thread
Got some more of the SE 3" downpipe back system done. playing around with hanger design, not sure how Ill go with an off the shelf design, these are VERY hardcore overkill, you would never rip these off i dont care how you drive
Im very happy with how it sits on the car and Im very sure i can replicate it perfectly, however Im looking into better ways to bend hangers and try to build it just as strong without the complication.
No benefit for the end user just to make life easier for me

Looks really good dude. Significantly more professional looking than the shop bought system I have on mine...
