Automotive Plus Brisbane Detailing Day - 18th May 2013

HUGE thanks to Crapweasel [Pete] for organising the day and to Danny for aallowing the use of his facilities!

Pete put is heart into three NA's and the finished product was nothing but fantastic! I think one of the BEST things to come from the day was when Tim rolled up just to have a look in his faded red NA [see [pics above] and left grinning from ear to ear, a long time since I have seen someone so appreciative of something done for them!

Thanks also to 'TTT' whilst not an MX5 owner as yet [definately proposed!] he arrived in his R33 and jumped in with the gear and timk's green NB looked awesome after he had finished

Thanks also to Kev05 for the refreshments and also Melinda [zippyNC], Michael [nixon] and Andrew [Steampunk] for their support. Special thanks also to Brad for coming along in his immaculate gold NB8A to support us, his family being car detailers - Brad, I have to say your car would have to be the BEST NB I have ever seen and a total credit to you

Massive vote of thanks to Pete for the amazing job on OLE 005 and giving some great hints, the missus couldn't believe how good it looked.

To the owners of the cars I did, you're more than welcome, it was a real pleasure to bring your cars up to shiny level, and totally worth it seeing your faces once they were done!

Special thanks to TTT for doing Tim's car, amazing job!

I'll be looking to arrange another one in the near future, the cool day was perfect for this as it didn't get uncomfortable.

My only concern: was there anyone who had put their car on the list to be done that missed out? If so, let me know, you'll be first up on the next day.

Sorry I wasn't able to spend too much time at your end of the building...was a rather busy day and as such will be back at it again tomorrow.

July 15 Regie! All Day on the track at Lakeside, its about 2 months away and be great if another 'detailing day' was the Saturday prior! Food for thought

Thanks again Danny & Pete and ALL of those that turned up - all I have had to do since getting home via Lakeside was run the wiper over the NA!

I'm still amazed at how Tim's red NA came up!! Just fantastic!

Sorry TTT, I should have let YOU take it around the block driving! Regie comes from Sydney but he knows what I mean when I say 'around the block' at Automotive Plus!!

Now to bed and up AGAIN at 4.00am for tomorrow!

Thanks for the compliment. She is pretty tidy especially since it's a 98 model! I don't think I'll be selling anytime soon...
