Surprising, all my communication with Gerald was by email and the replies were prompt.

I know I don't answer my work phone during the day, but do try to get back to messages within a few hours, hopefully he's just having an off day or left the phone at home.

Yes gerard answers emails, but I can hardly place an order by an email. They ate now sold out, Not impressed at all.

Unfortunately I had the same experience

Tried calling from the time I saw the orig post-finally texted with the sizes I was interested in fro $$ and availability. Curt replies that ended in "out of stock" advice, and "prefer not to backorder to avoid unwanted situations"!
Wasted time

That would be my 'unwanted situation' for the day :evil:

Bummer. All of my communication with him was via email, he responded within a couple of hours - at most - to each email.

Wheels ordered. Not quite the offset I wanted but close enough. All ordering is via payment to Gerards bank account.

Not the greatest way of doing business, but got there in the end.

Just don't understand why people put up phone number and take text messages then don't answer phone or reply to
texts.
