over all it went well, cost 300 all up which was 7 cans of black, 2 cans of green, maskingtape. well worth it in my eyes. really love the change hope it looks ok to some of you too haha.

:O

So does this affect your registration at all when your colour changes completely?

That's great effort mate and I'm sure it'll look good.

Can you post some close up shots? Planning to do my wheels this month too.

Thanks for the pics James. I like it. Did you have any trouble with plast dip running or bubbling.

Looks like a nice way to upgrade to a black SE.

I'll be keen to see how well it lasts.

If a cop ever pulls you over about the colour of your car, you can simply peel off the black in front of their eyes.
If you had access to a car like this, would you take it back right away? Neither would I.

What happened when you got to the wheels? Couldn't be bothered masking the tires?

One I didn't mask, but the rest I did, not to far, its pretty easy to rub off tyres when I get a chance and also driving it make it fall of rubber so yea doesn't look so sketchy now

Yea been getting a lot of ppl saying they feel sorry for the car but meh I really like the change. Gl trying to find a SE or NB like this one.

And $300 is a pretty cheap way to protect the original paint from most stone chips and scratches.

Wow, this is really awesome. Especially since you can easily change the colour so quickly & cheaply.
I also like the idea that it is keeping your original paint safe from things like stone chips.
