You should be able to replace the soft-top window.
You have a few options, remove the broken glass and glue a new one in (I'd recommend getting this done by a professional to avoid any leaks.
You could also cut out the vinyl around that area and sew a soft-top glass window with the vinyl attached around it (cut from another soft-top).
I have a spare glass window with a demister if you're after a cheap replacement window with a section of vinyl around it.
