For those that are thinking this is a work, or have your car worked on only event, it's primarily a social gathering with detailing as the theme, so come along and watch some guys polish cars, point and laugh at the guys doing the work (or offer your tips), tell lies, and join in the fun!

Jump in and let us know if you're turning up so we have an idea of numbers so I can let Automotive Plus, our generous hosts know.

I've been a long time forum lurker here and only just recently became a NA8 owner! (a couple of things need to be worked on but I'm very happy )

I would of course love to meet other MX5 owners out there and get some tips and pointers to help make my car looking as it's best! If I'm not too late may I put me and my car down for this event? I'll be sure to bring my camera along as well

That's right Kev05, we want to collectively do a good job on the cars, so limiting places to six to achieve this within the timeframe.

I think I got all sorts of stuff in the garage, especially valve-cap cleaner!! If the 6 are already there no sweat! Just be great to catch up

Would be great to have you along Roger! Valve-cap cleaner is something that we're definitely in need of, so please bring it, and if you have any blinker brightening fluid that would be great as well.

I'll put you down as number 5 on the detail list

Updated list that I have, if I'm incorrect please confirm, this was carried over from the EOI thread so circumstances may have changed for some. Detailer is for those who've said they'll bring some polishing stuff, so hopefully they can assist!

Can I also please get confirmation from those that have a machine polisher they can bring? I have one, but if we can get two of us with machines on the sides, boot & bonnet, with hand polish being done front & rear bars, we'll be done in a jiffy!

It's going to be one hell of a busy weekend!! Detail Saturday, Macleans Bridge at Lakeside Sunday and QR track day Monday!! Think I better take a couple of days off after QR!!

I will just pack a box of all sorts of stuff I have around .. I will be starting on mine thru the week to get a head start - now, maybe I should troll thru everything and look for old stickers too!!

Look forward to having you there! Bring whatever you have in the way of polishing stuff, your enthusiasm and if you're able to assist with anything, all good. If you're after tips, bring your learnin' hat!!
