Great list!!

Some interesting side points for the thread:

Pure White "SE" was only available in Japan where it was the very limited Roadster Turbo, they only received 350 units, but they had Grace Green Metallic.

http://www.mazda.com/publicity/release/2003/200312/1224be.html

2005 Mazdaspeed in Lava Orange (US only) came with silver stitching on the leather option, instead of the red for other colours, and they had a different package option, the leather came with a cloth roof (was the GT trim), where the cloth seats had the vinyl roof we have here as standard across the range.

Also the SE gearbox had shot peened gears.

I think everything else is covered, but will be keeping an eye on this thread to learn more about the SP! 8)

For those who aren't familiar (Sorry Okibi...), here's a link to a picture of the Mazda Roadster Turbo in white:

They advertised this, but i've been told the part numbers are the same as the standard items, perhaps they're all shot peened?
If you had access to a car like this, would you take it back right away? Neither would I.

Possibly, but this quote from Car & Driver seems to suggest otherwise: Never heard of a gearbox failure on an MX5 though, so maybe they dragged that out of the bag to upsell the SE?

Mazdaspeed's Miata is based on the normal model's LS trim level and is equipped with the optional six-speed transmission. Beefing up this gearbox for its bigger job involved shot-peening of internal gearwheels along with a fourth-gear ratio change so slight you have to go to three decimal places to appreciate it. The action is thus as light and direct as it has ever been and preserves one of the car's most important entertainment assets.

I cannot find definitive evidence but from my scattered reading it seems the MSM or SE had a different radiator to the normal NB and maybe different fans (2 speed).

Cool mine is silver

Just going on what I could find from reviews when the cars were released. Happy to update if you have official figures. Not interested in one off "my car did X on this dyno/drag strip".

Yup. There's a comment on Mazda-speed.com by Keith Tanner confirming this in one of the radiator threads. It's along the lines of "the MSM radiator exceeds the performance of many aftermarket radiators".

Also worth noting that some SP's with catastrophic engine failures ( broken conrod bolts ) that were repaired by MAZDA also had their GT2560R Turbos replaced with

Does the SE really clock 0-60mph in 6.2 seconds? That's pretty quick (quicker than the more powerful SP)! My SE never felt that quick when stock. I'm guessing this time is for the more powerful international release MSM? I seem to remember Wheels magazine quoting a 0-100km/h around 7.* seconds - I'll look it up when I get home.

A lot of articles say the SE did it in 7.8 seconds:

Bear in mind the US MSM has a much shorter diff ratio, and the test is done to 60 miles per hour, which equates to 96km/hr.
