Wolf3d tps issue 1.8 auto

Postby motomenace » Thu Apr 18, 2013 3:36 pm

Hi,

I have a wold 3d v4 for na6. It plugs straight in to the 1.8 harness. I had it tuned at mx5 mania but the tps (variable type 4 pin connector) reads constant at 97%

David thought their was a wire to move or remove but couldnt remember. Its been tuned using map signal and runs great, but i want the tps to work as well.

I have read alot about 1.8 tps to 1.6 but cant seem to work out what i need to change to get the tps to read. Think i need to remove 1 wire to make it work but want to confirm before doing anything.

It seems this is a common question but cant get my head around it.

Someone out their knows the issue so thought id just ask.

Sorry if this has already been answered.

Lou advised that on the NA8 at least you could do this because the blue/red did nothing. So for the NA8 on the 13 pin wiring loom ECU plug you switch the blue/red at bottom row position five from the left, to top row position seven from the left, where the red/black is, & then place the red/black into the now vacant bottom row position five.
