Weight reduction will help that old barge get going.

Removed soft top and some sound deeding should save 24kg and the 7KG boot strip. Mite get a bikini top type thing later out if its not to hard to install.

parts ordered
LOCKWOOD WOVEN MESH STAINLESS FRONT GRILLE
Image
EYE BROWS
JVC DOOR SPEAKER SET

Also going to take headlight apart and clean them up and tint it black.

Though i like the grill, I think it would reduce airflow.

+1

You seem to want the car to produce even more grunt yet are adding something which restricts airflow?

Any style grille will restrict airflow, no matter how large the holes are.

I added one initially to protect the intercooler from stone damage when DD but removed it once I learned how much they affect airflow - I reckon I can afford a new eBay Cooling-Pro intercooler every few years.

Tinted headlights look great.

Not sure about the plasti-dip though since your dark green doesn't really allow enough contrast for it to "work" (JMO).

I have never been a fan of eyelids.

These however make me smile.
