99mph first run, he dropped the clutch at 2000rpm not knowing he could leave the line whenever he wanted. Then smashed the 1st 2nd 3rd rev limiters and missed a shift.

2nd run 105mph, bogged it smashed the limiters and missed another shift.

3rd run went good but the timeslip says it ran a high 11 at 120mph so not sure if thats right or not?

Video of second run.

high 11 at 120 seems quick ET wise unless he REALLY nailed the launch and shifts, either way, high 11 is moving, not many B series powered MX5s can make that claim, 120MPH is moving too, so if either or both are right he's really going well.

For reference I ran 120+ MPH a few times and never cracked into 11s with 60 footers of 1.6 to 1.8 region. I'm not 100% sure, but from memory I ran those on a 2871R and was at the pointy end of genuine street MX5s, assuming you're still on the 2560 he's driving the wheels off it!

This GT2560 is making 325WHP and may i remind you of the power curve..

Im gonna put some sneak peaks of Lokiels SE up now

Lots and Lots and Lots of porting. Did I mention hours of porting?

Kind of stealthy install?

Its pretty tucked up and very low mountedm it cannot be mounted and lower or more tucked against the block, its impossible.

What do you all reckon? Hopefully will make over 400whp, and AC and PS compatible, and pretty hard to pick with the covers on and with the engine bay assembled.

Hold on, isn't that the graph you conceded was an unfinished tune that you've since cleaned up and lost a few hp?

Regardless - He's still driving the wheels off that thing if he posted those MPH and times.

The SE fitment is stealth, just the way I like them - Please tell me the factory heat sheild fits over it - That'd make it as near to perfect as any I've seen.

No it never lost a few HP.

There were like 50 runs done that day, or more. The 325hp run was on the 3rd or 4th last run, On a part of the map that WASNT where it made 325hp it was cleaned up and gained power, on the part of the map which was cleaned up.

However doing 3-4 runs at 320+whp on a 250whp turbo obviously heated it up a lot and on those runs, despite the tune AT PEAK HP not having changed AT ALL, it made 98.8% as much power Here is an example run.

More of lokiels SE.

3" V band downpipe, V Bands are standard on the EFR series, they are 'Engineered For Racing' after all.
Image

Straight enough for you? One advantage of a super low mount.
Image
Image

Cgeck this, 1.5" straight pipe loosely sitting in, and running through it, it will flow thats for sure :)
Image

Snaking up through the chassis, great clearance everywhere.
Image

Just tacked, and missing the V band flange between the flexy and the cat, but looking great so far.
Image

Ive been taking my time here and doing the nicest work I can, this is an immaculate car and it would be a shame to build something that couldnt stand it own on the car.

Hope you're making some jiggs so we can do a group buy.
If you had access to a car like this, would you take it back right away? Neither would I.

Jebus that is a neat bit of kit you are building there...Nitrodann block hugger turbo kit!

Seriously I would consider not revealing any more on this until it is finished and then patent the design. As far as I can see nobody else is doing anything like this?!

The exhaust clearance and the mostly tacked together exhaust.

The exhaust is On the car in all pics shown except where the exhaust is obviously not on the car.

Clearance? Check!

I know how unimpressive it looks, but the BIGGEST challenge is a well fitting exhaust that DOESNT have heaps of bends, bends are almost like, cheating haha. Look at something like the FM exhaust which uses a side entry end exit muffler (lol, flow?) and lots of bends because not being custom made they cannot guarantee it will fit the car without a lot of big bends around all the parts.
Image

V Bands, double braced hangers etc etc etc.

The works.
Image

Note, nothing there is a final weld everything is just tacked including hangers.
