I was having to much fun in high boost today was so much fun.

I convinced my friend peter to sell the BMW and get a NB.

BMW is nice , but I wouldn,t want to know it if it ever needs major work.

High boost on the straights is fine and fun, around corners can get downright scary very quickly.

Sooooooo disappointed I was not able to make it to Lakeside this month. Will certainly have the eye's on getting to this one at QR. Need a new set of semis and another look at the fuel surge problem, but will really try to be there... Looks like I have just sold the white one so the semis should be quite possible. Hey Ron- did your 86 materialise, or have you a bone to pick with some somalian pirates?

I just found out today my original GT86 MT is now 'scheduled for production' in April and from what I gather NOT 'pre-sold'
If Ron is looking for an 86 I know of a GTS MT with Aero can could possibly assist - PM me

Nice to see Tim Anson take 'Fastest time of the Day' today at Lakeside with a 1:00.1299

Well done Tim!! [zoom-zoom]

Thanks Roger.

Here is a video I took with my cheapo $69 camera. This was the fastest lap of the day, 60.13. A little off my PB but still not too bad. I am still trying to get used to some new suspension, this was my first day out on them so I haven't done much tuning yet. Apologies in advance if the embedding doesn't work, I haven't tried this before...

Cheers,

Tim

Old roster was good as I was down for this, however the roster change puts me out for this event (and the next)....

6 WEEKS TO GO TOMORROW

Getting closer now, only 6 weeks to QR Half Day on 20 May 2013

Run thru your check list and make sure you have organised:

CTP extension
Entry fee - pay by Monday 4 May for the BEST deal!!

If you are not sure about something with your car, get it checked for safety

Anything you need to know, make a post and someone will shoot an answer back within a day or less!

Why don't you come out for a play as well Cal, plenty of people have run the one car between 2 drivers. It's not like you need the time between runs for data analysis and debriefing....
