Moot point either way fellas because in order for points to be demerited we'd have to disobey the road rules.

I would. Queensland's only double-demerit conditions are repeat offences of a certain nature within 12 months. For example, 30kmh over first offence is 6 points. If you reoffend within 12 months, it's 12 points for the second offence. All of the double-demerit-applicable fines are here: http://www.tmr.qld.gov.au/safety/driver ... oints.aspx
We have never, ever had double demerit for holiday periods in Queensland, without exception.

I will be there, need to go for a blat.
And my place will be available for coffee and lies afterwards as well, seen as a lot of places won't be open tonight.

Those quotes are from Trilby Misso, a national company. Peter Hall is confused.
Considering the number of police out over the Easter long weekend, you can bet that if we did have double demerits, it would be whinged about on boostcruising pretty quickly.

Massive Police operation Northbound BP Burpengary 7.00am this morning, RBT EVERY car that was exiting north, I had to queue for maybe 5-10 minutes but if it keeps just ONE off the road, job well done - also checked rego, licence etc - I could see a few who appeared not game to leave!!

Thanks for a fun (and eventful!) night, guys. I didn't get many good pics because I forgot my mini tripod, but this one turned out alright...

Thanks for coming out fellas. Remember next week.
Damn my soggy springs causing tyre scrapping against the guard liner with a Shotgun on-board.
NZMiata, you need to lose weight
Oh wait, we were scraping on left hand turns weren't we? So the driver side was loaded up... so that means....
