Seems like a silly place to put LS1 coils.

If you had access to a car like this, would you take it back right away? Neither would I.

Greg.
couldn't you mount those fishing rod holder things the FWD guys use onto your bumper, and let the golf clubs go up over your windscreen?

Hey Gladiator - can I ask how much & points a tail light defect is worth in Qld? I have some smokey front blingers to fit..
No points lost. just a defect notice with 2 weeks to fix and fill in a stat dec.

Sweet Jesus, 337km on 1/2 a tank. That's at least a tank in Scooby even in super Granny mode.
Richard.

Swapped some hose clamps over on the SE intercooler, wasn't 100% happy with the ones I'd used, what a PITA to get to with the bumper still on but a little less work than removing the bumper again.

Greg.
When you turn your car on, does it return the favour?

Swapped and cleaned the wheels/tyres over from the track set back to the road set and fitted a pair of NB seats, which are just that bit better for wide arse and shoulders compared to the NA seats.

Replaced the broken passenger side central locking on the SE. Lou very kindly sent me the entire lock mechanism which made the swap pretty simple. Thanks mate I owe you.

Re: What have you done today/recently to your 5?
Boring night at work tonight....so I installed my new (to me!) wind blocker I picked up this arvey!
Had to remove the tower brace, which is sad, but I'm looking forward to installing my old headrest speakers into it.
It's only got two screws holding it in place at the moment, not four. So I'll fix that up tomorrow sometime....if I remember!
Is it possible to have an OEM wind blocker installed along with the OEM tower brace? I saw somewhere its been done with C-clamps, but I don't want to ruin the tower brace or the functionality of the wind blocker.
