Locked in Gear Fixable??
Gear box (NA 5 Speed) is locked in gear, anyone know how to fix?

Have you tried it again after car has cooled down? Mine would release when it cooled off, but it was the end of the line for that box. I doubt that repairs are economic for a 5-speed, but OTOH they are all starting to age now.

On YouTube there is a video on how to unstick it.. I think it was from that miata king guy. He opens a cap on the side of the box and pops it back.
