Worth trying to find a dealer with access to NanKang NS-2Rs. Not expensive and bring visions of s*+@ & blankets.

Dont mean to hijack the thread, but do Bridgestone Adrenalines go by another name? My mate got me a set for cheapish ($450ish for tyres, fitting, alignment, height and camber adjustments)
Just wanting to know if they're known by another name Ive been told they're an amazing tyre, and the five is supposedly sticking like glue to the soaked Brisbane roads.

The deal was if he gets me cheap tyres he can have the five for a week or two while Im away in the land of the sheep. Its a step up from his parents mitsubishi colt - im trying to convince him to buy a five.
And thanks timk He just told me he'll put on the best he has available then told me they were adrenalines...im shocking with tyres haha. He works for Kmart Tyre and Auto

That is an awesome deal . I did that once, lending my SE to a mate for a week while I was away. All I got from him in return was a broken SE.

Re: What are the best 15" road Tyres??
I had re002's on the front with bfgoodrich sports re002's on the back. -mx6 though
Now in reversal after rotation.
Easy to say when the bfs were on the back I had the back end step out a couple of times with trail braking in the wet.
On exit from tyre shop after rotation went to take off and the bfs just spun..
Re002's the best tyres I've had.
Forgiving when pushed too hard into a corner. good feel when it's at the limits.

Re: What are the best 15" road Tyres??
Thanks everyone for the replies, I ended up fitting a set of 16" Work CR wheels that are fitted with Bridgestone Playz which are the JDM version of the RE002, Tyres are pretty much brand new and I like the JDM look of the Work wheels.... Sounds like they should do the job.

Kuhmo KU31s are cheap and they have quite a soft compound I've had mine on for a few months and still not noticing wear at all even with a little camber in the rear
Form is within the function.
