Dann, am I reading them correctly in that it doesn't make 140 HP until over 4000

Correct, Not many are making a lot more but work is being done to regain a little low end, it was designed to make mid and top which it sure does but id like to regain some mid, even if just to learn, as it wont do anything on the track with power at 3k.

I was able to get a few more from mine but make slightly less power, I guess the pressure means not so much as the amount of air means...

The highest pull wasnt the final run. The bit at the end was flattened which doesnt affect the peak HP area, but no other run made over 324rwhp.
There is a 4 page argument over at MT if you want to see people misunderstand what I said above.
It was smoothed at the end and ONLY 3500rpm onwards and 4psi onwards was tuned. Still needs a day on the road to finish it.
The less boost the better flowing the setup is, take this and put it on a 325rwhp N/A engine and do it at 0 PSI.
It has a completely 100% stock inlet side right down to the factory 55mm TB.

Cool - Not on MT, not my type of forum...
pushing 325 through a stock intake side is borderline, you may well find that's your flow limitation.

I've saw mine make similar, like I said earlier we got slightly more boost out of it, but round the more boost didnt aid in more hp back to back, it just made things get hot...
We'll see when you put the EFR or something else big on it I guess. EFR results are no doubt hotly anticipated by many. Should be sweet.

It will be on megasquirt ebc, still running 22psi ish.
It has a NB driveline in it.
Not sure what will break from here. With a good set of solid mounts and some braces from chassis to engine to stop it twisting around a lot it should be ok I hope.

The race cars running 16-18 PSI have broken axles, diffs, gearboxes... Solid engine mounts certainly help. Front hubs don't last long if its running big brakes, also need to keep an eye on the front cross member, have seen them cracking around where the control arms mount.

Thanks a lot for the advice, mr Gough has warned me of a lot of that.
It has some huge 8..maybe 6 piston AP's on it.
perhaps we should keep some spare driveline components.
The yanks seem to go ok at these power levels, Ive read no diff or axle issues but 6 speeds become a 2 season wear item.
It will be interesting to see, because this car has a LOT of torque.
