What have you done today/recently to your 5?

Changed the oil, installed magnetic sump plug, then decided I may as well haul the other wheel off, remove tow hooks and install Roberts Autosports grille that I've been putting off since before Christmas.

Put headers back on, and did my Bunnings CAI today. Thought about spraypainting the parts but, meh. I'll paint them...soon.

Took her out for a drive, and holy throttle response batman! It revs so much faster now!

Next will be to fix the issue with my right turn indicators. Many times I flick the stick and there's the ticking sound, but at 2x the frequency and there's no indicator light.

Changed the oil in my gearbox & diff, Replaced both boots, and the selector bush. The boots were literally shredded, and the brass selector bush that I took out was so worn that the top edge was sharp. Feels great now though.

It's a copy of this very fast US car. I will post another picture when the splitter is on and brake ducts finished...

Patrick at first glance I thought 'what the' as it looked like a speedway front or you was going to do some stock car racing, but with second picture front the USA does explain...
How will it go for aero dynamics on our hilly Circuits like Wakefield and Sydney MSP southern circuit ......

Rotated tyres, checked brakes/fluids, went over every bolt under the car and many inside the engine bay.

Now prepped for being doubled entered in a few weeks.

Got a mate to get the ol girl some new tyres while im on holiday

a full set of Bridgestone Adrenalines for $400. Got the height finalized and camber and alignment done as well. Service booked for the 8th, then she'll be back in my hands on the 17th.

I miss her!
