What is the angle of attack for the wing? How do you plan on measuring downforce?

The wing will have new endplates made before it hits the track, much larger ones.

The wing has a LOT of adjustment in attack angle, it will be adjusted until the car understeers the least, and then the splitter will be trimmed to get the car as neutral as possible.

Brake cooling ducts on order, maybe tricky to fit as they are rectangular and flat and the front bar is curved, the car has huge AP racing brakes which tend not to give problems.May also need extra holes for radiator cooling as the hole that is there now is only 600mm wide and the stock hole is about 800mm..The design fault seems to be the the big plastic reinforcing tube that runs right across the radiator so you can only cool the bottom of the radiator..The car has 2 hole in the top of the front bar for the oil cooler, maybe they could be expanded..I don't think it will be a problem at the next 2 events at eastern creek in winter..

Hence my question Dann. I did the reverse, that is decided on the angle of attack (high for more downforce at lower speed, at the expense of drag) and then adjusted the suspension to suit the wing angle. Splitter wise well I still need to install it and when I do I say that I will have some more suspension adjustments to make.

You could try some NACA duct in the splitter or the front air dam as they are low-drag for air inlets. There is a discussion here http://forums.rennlist.com/rennforums/racing-and-drivers-education-forum/598673-naca-brake-ducts-under-splitter.html on the splitter idea and it maybe not as good as first thought, however on the air dam seems to be the way to go.

Finished front bumper without splitter... Hope there is enough airflow for intercooler and radiator otherwise more inlets will be needed...PB
