I can attend for photoshoot purposes, but I won't be able to transport groomsmen sorry. My car isn't practical.

Sorry guys!! People who have told me that the last week of preparation is usually the most hectic, weren't joking! Apologies for the delay in calling you back Vic / keeping everyone informed.

So this is the plan... awaiting your approval!

Phototaking will be between 11.30am to 12.30am with reserved parking set for 10 cars. However... (this is where your review for approval comes in...) I was hoping the whole gang could be at the Grooms Transportation. So there's 3 grooms + myself + videographer that will need a ride to the venue, with the rest as convoy in view of the videographer.

Grooms are planning to leave Best Man's (my brother) place between 9.30am and 9.45am to get to Kenthurst before or by 10.30am. I really think we'd get there by 10.10am.
The reason for the approval is obviously due to the waiting time...

Vic, as well as the participants, my number is ZERO450 74FIVE 6ONE1 just to confirm. I will have the exception at work this week to pick up the phone whenever but do try to hold off til about 12 for any calls or response to messages hehe.

I hope that's all the details... but let me know if I've missed anything

Hey Melv, good to hear from you.

I'm still up for it. Perhaps we should confirm the 10 again as people's schedule might have changed. Once we've got everyone, you can nominate a time and place as a starting point and we can be directed by one of your Groomsmen as per the procedure for the rest of the day.

P.S. we might need a wet weather plan... Seeing how this whole week will be looking like by the forecast

One More Silver or Grey and we have even numbers (easier for the photographer)

Also Vic, do we have a kickoff point and time chosen ?
