rest assured that these bulbs made by Phiips and Osram will do what they are intended to do. I have no doubt at all that they will be 21W as stated.

No doubt here, both are sold at many retailers here in Australia and they meet ADRs. The ebay ones look better in terms of chrome appearance but will they perform well as an indicator. Some are just orange globes sprayed silver and that layer of paint hinders their effectiveness.
If you had access to a car like this, would you take it back right away? Neither would I.
