NA AIRCONDITIONING COMPRESSOR WANTED
Anyone know where I can get an airconditioning compressor for an NA 89/90 model. Any help appreciated. If not where I can have my one overhauled.

I was told by the parts dept at a Mazda dealer that there were two brands of compressor fitted by Mazda Australia, Denso and Sanden. Do you know which one you currently have? As you may already know, neither is available new from Mazda.
You could try ebay, or a wrecker.

ps What is wrong with you compressor?.....on mine the electric clutch is not working. I need to pull the compressor off the engine and see if it is a simple fix.

Not sure what is wrong with ours. We purchased a recon one 18 months ago from Melbourne which broke down 2 months later and was fixed under warranty. It has now gone again. We are hoping to have it repaired if possible but not sure where to go and whether the cheaper option is to buy another recon.aka_juffa wrote:I was told by the parts dept at a Mazda dealer that there were two brands of compressor fitted by Mazda Australia, Denso and Sanden. I have one in the back shed. It'd probably cost a bit to post though?
