My battery looks like it's expanded and bulging. My head light bulb blew recently. Anyone know about this problem?

I would be worried the alternators voltage regulator is faulty and now overcharging the battery.
Easy enough to check with a multimeter but i would get it seen too asap.
You really do not want that battery to crack and leak everywhere!!

Yup, check the alternator and get a new battery. Alternator typically puts out just over 14 volts when idling.
