What have you done today/recently to your 5?

I'm going to get flamed for my "good value" comments again, haha!

I've used Meguiars, Autoglym, Zaino...and a couple other name brands. I've found Zaino my favorite but decided to try "supermarket" brands when I came back to Australia.

Some of them were a PITA, but one cheap one I tried and used recently was Nu Finish. Not too bad I thought! Anyone else tried this?

Replaced the alternator, I can now drive at night/ in the rain and have music playing once again!

Yes...went back to Nu Finish polish and it's good and it's easy. Maybe not "once a year" but damn good

Fitted up some new NGK plugs as the old original plugs were due for replacement, 6 years and 78,000 kms done. Not difficult, just took my time.
Gear box oil change tomorrow.

I think the same thing about the Dualis, so huge!

I fitted the Sparco Sprint V! Very happy with the outcome, even though I'm still a bit chubz for it, it has definitely made a couple of good differences to my driving style, I feel more 'connected' with the car now!
