Re: Neil's Galaxy Grey Roadster NC
Took me a while to figure out what 'reverse mount' meant (gold face inside or outside the rim edge).
More dish = good!
Obviously the guards weren't pumped, but how did the lip rolling go? Did the paint survive?

Nice one. The gold definitely adds a certain something. Any issues with tyre scrub or were your calculations correct?

Re: Neil's Galaxy Grey Roadster NC
Lip rolling went well; no issues with paint. It's not totally flat, more of a 'U' shape.
No tyre scrubbing as of yet despite what the tyre shop said haha
yeah going reverse mount would require being slammed and running at least 215/45/17 on a 9" wheel

A Racing Team for Gentlemen

A Racing Team for Gentlemen

So there is a recurring joke in the Australian MX5 community. Some owners of NAs and NBs are convinced all NC owners are old, wear cardigans and drive oversized MX5s that therefore handle similarly to a barge. As funny as that sounds, the truth is that they are just jealous of the lap times we get at the track ;)
Well we have embraced our monocles, smoke pipes and cardigans and have created a racing team for gentlemen. The Barge Racing Team (Visit us on Facebook).

Here is our team logo. We will decorate our sexy cars and use them to mock our adversaries as we go sailing past them on the track. Keep your daughters locked up because these gentlemen are ready to have a jolly ol’ time!

Re: Neil's Galaxy Grey Roadster NC
Shoot a couple of BRT stickers south Neil, I would be happy to be a part of The Southern Support Crew.
Best.
Greg.
And as I have said before, If not for my NC I would have nowhere to wear my cardigan.

When you turn your car on, does it return the favour?
