If you had access to a car like this, would you take it back right away? Neither would I.

You have an L2S licence? I can take you as navigator for an event if you want?

Yeah have a L2S and cheers for the offer but there's much lighter ballast to put in the passenger seat.
If i'm free i'll take photos, i'm really struggling to find time to take pics and I need all the practise I can get.

I'm hardly at the ideal race weight myself!! Just means I have to brake later and go faster in the corners to make up for the dulled acceleration

C'mon guys! MX5's are ideal for these events. Fun in the corners and not so quick you can get yourself in to trouble to easily.
I do not recognise the Mitsubishi Mirage in the under 2000cc class but if I remember the others the Civic is quick when the driver gets in to it and the others are all proper race / tarmac rally cars. Would love some more MX5's to play against!!

Re: McRae Rallysprint...1st November
Here is a video of my fastest run of the night and on my way to 4th in Under 2000cc, 2WD, tarmac cars.
Still need a LSD, I kept spinning a wheel in the corners. Not sure if I could make up enough time to get on the podium but I can certainly close the gap with some consistency. https://docs.google.com/a/rallysprints. ... MmJiZTg2NA
I managed to fold my wing mirrors in clipping the chicanes on this run!
Sorry about the video quality, ended up all compressed for some reason.
