Greetings
Could anyone point me in the right direction please?
- thought I'd check the brake sliders and regrease them but a quick look made me hesitate. There are short bolts (14mm) on the inside caliper which when removed shows no smooth slider section but it does appear to be the only place a slider could reside. On the inside of the caliper half where the short bolt would screw there is a rubber boot and a plastic hex. How do I access the slider or am I in the wrong place altogether?
Hope someone can help me avoid me needing to reinvent the wheel
Thanks
Bini

Re: NC 2006 brake question
Undo lower bolt, lift (rotate) caliper and then slide off in an inwards direction. See this thread for info: http://mx5cartalk.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=79&t=35406
