Which turbo are you running?

Heres the dyno sheet in picture form.

The smooth uphill line is the power. The line with dots is boost, you can see it come on early and smoothly, which leads to that incredible torque everywhere feeling.

This smooth uphill power 'curve' tells us it has a dead flat torque curve. That means all of the torque, all of the time, which is what Joe is saying, instant delivery and pull at every rpm.

Power is dead smooth and seamless, the more rpm, the faster it goes, and it doesnt die at the top.

Heres a stock LS2 crate engine (factory worked V8). Compare the shape of the power curve, this tells you how it delivers its power.

Haha, pretty sure, like90%+ the blonde driver was a girl, there was a tall dark haired guy in the passenger seat - doesn't matter anyhow...

Yeah my place is pretty close to that too.

On a completley different note, the thick sheet you're using as a welding table - where did you get that?
I'm wanting to do a driveway plate or plates...

For cost v simplicity v results, a basic turbo from good second hand and new parts will be way better than a basic SC14 setup.

Mate whatever you do speaking from experience, stay away from the supercharger as you all know I had the SC14.

The power delivery from the turbo in my opinion is much better than the supercharger....The turbo comes on nice and early and keeps pulling up top where the supercharger would die.

Also I managed to fry the supercharger on the track....hahaha

Cheers
Joe
