I'm about to buy 4 bays of the bunnings rack-it shelving you have... nice to see it will hold up to being stuffed full of random car bits :)
Street='94 with FFS Coldside. Sold :(
Race='97 with AVO (soon to be Absurdflow) and GT2560 <--- sod that... LS1 conversion underway!

I see in the 4th picture down you are going to be trying out the new Flexovit clutch pressure plate....I heard they let you rev to 10,000rpm and do 5th gear wheelies.

But if you shatter one it slices not just into the bell housing, but the entire car in half !

Sean, I've seen another black NA around the Warners Bay area a number of times so that's probably who you saw. Female driver with L plates.

Nope I know her, shes a nice girl, hers is a black na auto, rare as.

Heres something Im almost finished, Undecided whether to put it on the SE here and sell its manifold, or whether to sell this one to an SE/1.8 guy.

Its a direct copy of the other one I made but with a nice CNC ported flange and a nicer collector.

Its hard to cut collectors on a chop saw I tell you, takes me ages to get a good set of 4 pipes.

Almost finished porting it and then Ill weld the head flange on, right now its just tacked.

I have other jobs to do that have been paid or deposited but cannot complete them due to not having a complete 1.8 car here, the SE engine is due back this week and those will be done immediately.

Hey guys its been a while since I have posted in this thread but after fitting the turbo kit I have had constant dramas with my car.

I have to stress that none of the problems are related to the turbo kit but because of the dreaded short nose crank as it decided to gradually fail.

Anyway to cut a long long story short I had the engine swapped out with another replacement unit and guess who came down from Newcastle to help....Yep Dann.

He came down early one Saturday morning and after a very very very long day he managed to take the old engine out and put in the new motor. Once again Dann thanks for the help.

So after I finally finished hooking up things like the starter, alternator, various wiring looms etc the new motor fired to life.

I had the car tuned last week by CRD and must say, the car is an absolute beast. Going from a previously supercharged car to now turbocharged, there is absolutely no comparison.

For the people out there that say supercharger is better as the power is instant whereas turbo has lag, come and have a go in mine hahahahah.

The power is instant and it starts making boost at 2k and pulls strong all the way to 7.5k and beyond.

I think I have said this before but I will say it again, if you are interested in a turbo setup speak to Dann about it. Dann was not only able to build me a setup to my exact specs but he was able to exceed my expectations in his service.

Dann's advice has been invaluable and for that I have to thank, even though I was a pain in the ass at times he was always happy to help.

I had Dann change a few things in my setup (such as water routing etc) and at all times he obliged and sent me the necessary parts.

Now to the all important figures, 140rwkw at 11psi = lots of tire frying fun :)

If anybody has any questions about the setup or anything else feel free to PM me and I will happily answer.

Dann you're a bloody legend mate.

Curious as to what the corresponding rpm numbers are on that sheet?

Yeah I was a bit dissapointed when I saw that the sheet didn't have RPM numbers, but from driving it on the weekend I know definately it starts making boost at 2K which I think is perfect.
