Looks good. Those with some energy left can go to th Rob Roy hill climb the next day!
Is the intention to have a leasurly drive or will those so inclined be allowed to drive briskly (at the speed limit but not slowing for corners)?

I think there will be plenty of opportunity for some "spirited" driving (within the road rules).

Hi, Ron get excited and beat me to posting this thread. I'm organising this run
You have to respect the roads we're going on... but you can see ahead and maintain a good, safe & fun pace within the speed limit.
I doubt you'll be bored. Hope to see you there.

Guess I'll be down the back driving at my usual pace, do you need a tail end Charlie for the run?Gracie wrote:I think there will be plenty of opportunity for some "spirited" driving (within the road rules).

Being such a long run Bob, maybe we can "share the load" between a few of us? Something for Ben to think about maybe?

All good. Happy to take you up on that Bob..! Though the best part of the drive there isn't much need for one as it's a single windy road without towns etc for around 70km.

I'm not yet a club member. Is this run open to non-club members?

Thanks to Ben and Alex for a top run. A bit cold, a bit of rain and some light hail/sleet but just a great run. What better way to get away from all that Grand Final hoohah. 400 k's in 7 hours--fabulous! Cheers JohnO

What a fantastic run, especially the section just before and just after lunch, corner after corner after corner. Excellent job Ben, if you are interested I would love to see this on the calendar again next year. Will hopefully have the pics and videos posted by next weekend.
