SOUTHERN HIGHLANDS RUN - 25TH AUGUST 2012

This run is for members of the MX-5 Club of NSW. Members of MX-5 Clubs from other states and members of other CAMS-affiliated car clubs are welcome to join too. Non-members are welcome to participate as guests of the MX-5 Club at up to three events.

I have a whole stack of disposable plates here at home,

I can bring the BBQ tools, oil, plates for everyone.

Does BYO BBQ mean I need to bring the cooker too? I have a little butane stove thing and a cast iron hotplate, but I didn't really fancy all that stuff banging around in the back of the mx5 on a cruise...

I guess I can pack it right so it isn't an issue; but can someone tell me if there are BBQ facilities there?

Electric BBQ facilities are available at Avon Dam. You'll just need your food and utensils etc.

Looks like it'll be a superb day tomorrow. The weather forecast is glorious! :mrgreen:

I am making arrangements to juggle the kids and will hopefully get the chance to meet the group at Avon Dam.

I am already excited by the chance to have a look at a few MX5's
